Although availability may be indicated on the site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
RETURN POLICY
Pageant does not accept refunds. Exchanges are granted within 30 days from which shipment is received in the case of significantly defective items. However, we require that customers notify info@pageant-store.com of any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition and with the printed receipts. Exchanges are not available after 30 days.
COLOURS/SIZING
We have made every effort to accurately display the colours of our products on the site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
As Pageant stocks a range of brands, we would ask you to contact info@pageant-store.com if you have a particular question on a product size or colour before ordering and we will do our outmost to answer your query.
SHIPPING
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours and sent via Royal Mail. You will receive a confirmation email with delivery information once your order has been dispatched. Delivery charges for UK mainland orders are as follows:
Recorded Signed For (1-3 days): proof of posting / electronic copy of the signature available online / up to £36 compensation
- £3.50 for the first item
- £4.00 for 1-3 items
- £6.00 for 5 items +
Special Delivery (next day if ordered before 4pm): Online tracking / Electronic Proof of Delivery / Up to £2,500 compensation
- £5.00 for the first item
- £6.50 for 1-3 items
- £8.00 for 5 items +
International Orders: Signed for / online tracking until point of exit from the UK
- £10.00 Flat rate
Please Note: packages that are larger or heavier than average may be subject to higher shipping charges. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding shipping costs.

Pageant Store operates through Big Cartel/Paypal but there is no need to sign up with us with us in order to shop online - simply pay for goods securely through Paypal with your debit/credit card.
Existing Paypal users can of course sign in through their Paypal account.
